Circle Studio is a Pilates and Gyrotonic studio located on a beautiful street in the quieter north end of Portland’s Pearl District. Circle Studio offers private lessons and group classes in Pilates and Gyrotonic, and group classes in Gyrokinesis. We are happy to help you figure out which is best for you. Our instructors are professionally trained and certified, participate in continuing education, and are passionately dedicated to each student’s individual needs. Our clients range in age from 15-83 and come to Circle Studio for enhanced fitness, well-being, prenatal and postnatal exercise, improved strength, balance, and flexibility–and because Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Gyrokinesis are fun! We are committed to customer service, superior coaching and instruction, and an atmosphere that welcomes and rejuvenates our clients.
